How delivery works

Tiles, flooring, sanitary ware and other products — delivered on pallets.
The goods are placed on pallets at the vehicle's side. The customer is responsible for unloading.

Finishing materials — delivered to the vehicle's side.
Our driver does not manually unload finishing materials. Please arrange for the necessary staff to receive the goods.

Good to know

• Delivery is made to the vehicle's side.
• Any special handling, waiting time on site or additional travel may incur a surcharge.
• The rates apply to a single journey and are subject to the vehicle's maximum load capacity (800 kg).
